Shipping Information 

Costs & Timings:

Enjoy free delivery on orders over £50! For orders under £50, a delivery charge of £4.50 will apply. Please note that exceptions may apply for large items being shipped to non-UK mainland locations.

Delivery Times for Smaller Items

Smaller items are typically delivered within 5 working days, from Monday to Saturday, between 7:30 am and 6:30 pm. Some couriers may deliver slightly earlier or later.

Once your order leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.

We partner with reliable couriers for standard deliveries, including Royal Mail, Evri, DHL, and DPD.

 

Delivery Information for Larger Items

Larger items, including heavy goods, will be delivered by our partners, Royal Mail and DHL.

We cover most of mainland UK, and when you place your order, you’ll have the option to select a delivery date and time slot during checkout.

We provide a FREE 10-hour standard delivery slot for large items delivered by our partners. Standard delivery takes up to 3 working days, with the exact lead time depending on your postcode and availability at the time of checkout.

Available Delivery Slots:

  • Monday to Friday: 7 am - 5 pm or 11 am - 9 pm
  • Saturday: 7 am - 5 pm

We’ll send you a text the night before your delivery to confirm whether it will be in the morning or afternoon, narrowing it down to a 2-hour window. On the day of delivery, we’ll provide further confirmation once the van leaves our warehouse.

For an additional charge, we also offer next-day delivery, as well as 2 and 4-hour delivery slots. You can find more information here.

If you live in a highland, island, or rural postcode, please be aware that delivery may take longer than 7 working days. A delivery slot won’t be available during checkout; instead, our carrier will contact you after you place your order to arrange delivery. We always aim to deliver within 7 working days, but this is subject to postcode and carrier availability. Please check the Delivery Exceptions section below for more details on your postcode.

Why is the Delivery Time Longer Than Expected?

Some of our products is made to order, meaning it’s crafted specifically for you, which can take additional time before it’s ready for dispatch.

We collaborate with various approved suppliers to provide you with a broader selection of products. These suppliers may have different delivery times and options. For more information on delivery from our approved suppliers, please click here.

Deliveries of Multiple Items

If you’ve ordered several items, they may arrive on different days or be delivered by different couriers. Rest assured, you won’t incur any additional charges for these deliveries.

If you order items with different dispatch times, such as 5-day and 7-day options, they will be delivered separately.

We kindly ask that you wait until your scheduled delivery time has passed before contacting us. Thank you for your understanding!

 

Do You Have Any Delivery Restrictions?

We reserve the right not to deliver an order if we believe the address is not secure, such as communal postal addresses or PO boxes. If this affects your order, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Delivery Timescales and Charges for Remote Areas

In a few remote postcodes, we cannot guarantee delivery within our usual timeframe and cannot offer next-day delivery. In these cases, items typically take between 7 to 14 days to arrive due to limited courier availability. Our carrier will contact you to arrange delivery after you place your order.

 

Address Information

Please ensure that you provide a correct and complete delivery address, as this is the customer’s responsibility. If your delivery address differs from your billing address, please indicate this during checkout.

Shipping Notification

Once your order ships, you will receive a Shipping Notification email. This email will include your order ID for tracking your item and the date your order was shipped. You can also check your order status online by logging into the "Track My Order" page using your Order ID and email.

Estimated Delivery

The estimated delivery date is based on your selected delivery method. Please note that shipping dates are calculated using business days and do not include weekends or holidays. Special orders may require additional processing and manufacturing time.
